Lake Course - Hole #6

This 372-yard par 4 is the most challenging hole on the
Lake. It doglegs left with a pond on the left and a bunker on the right
in the landing area. Good tee shots will land on a down slope 250 yards
from the tee and be kicked forward into a flat area just over 100 yards
away from the green. The preferred shot is set up at the bunker moving
right to left. Never miss left as it brings the pond into to play and
puts trees directly between you and the hole. Once on the right side of
the fairway you may have a short iron into a two-tiered green with a
trap in front and behind. Being long or right leaves a very difficult
downhill chip, so being short, even in the sand may be your best
opportunity for a par. Always be below the hole in order to make your
putt on this windy green. Par here is a great score.
